Calibrate your
data logger
Regular calibration is a key step to keeping your data accurate and up-to-date. We offer competitive pricing and quick turnaround time to calibrate any data logger or thermometer to ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and NIST standards.
Data loggers typically last for 12 – 24 months before needing to be recalibrated. Calibrating your device is often more cost-effective and faster than purchasing a new device.
Loaner data loggers are available to rent prior to sending your current device to Control Solutions so you can maintain your record-keeping.
How to Calibrate your Device
Calibrating your data logger or thermometer with Control Solutions is easy.
Step 1
Stop the data logger and remove it from your cold storage unit.
Step 2
Download the data to your computer.
Step 3
Clip the zip tie and slide the probe out of the glycol bottle through the opening in the lid.
Step 4
Place cap on Glycol bottle and
store the bottle in a safe place
Step 6
Control Solutions will calibrate your device in our ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accredited lab and will send it back to you.
Step 1
Stop the data logger and remove it from your cold storage unit.

Download the data to your computer.
Step 3
Clip the zip tie and slide the probe out of the glycol bottle through the opening in the lid.
Step 4
Cover the lid with a piece of tape and place the bottle in a safe place.
Step 6
Control Solutions will calibrate your device in our ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accredited lab and will send it back to you.
